Ensure your items are in their original condition with tags intact and were purchased within the last 30 days; please note that clearance items and swimwear are final sale.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to generate a prepaid shipping label, or bring your items and receipt to any Palmetto Moon storefront.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the provided return shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
